Unbelievable how with this virus still going strong the authorities allow 2,000 people into certain football grounds, sitting in close proximity with each other, utter madness

He got it in the same way tens of millions of people around the world got it, close proximity to someone with the virus, or touching something with the virus on it. I know what you are inferring though

BTW, I just checked and only one city (two clubs) are allowed spectators in now after all the rest of the country has gone into various tiers of lockdown ... and only one of them refuses to spread them all around the stadium instead puts them all together in just one stand behind goal ... take a wild guess? And this will be allowed to be continued ... no hime advantage or anything eh?

Fair play mate . Cannot do with any more scandal about our players . A lot on here slag players like grealish off for getting into trouble off the pitch but when our own do it that seems to be ok . Don’t like double standards if I’m honest . I also couldn’t understand how the capital can be in tier 4 yet we have to travel there to play a game and also while I’m at it if we have 2 players and at least 2 members of staff positive teams he game should be off

They cant keep anyone safe, its a pandemic. Still I would take my chances as a footballer over someone working on the tills at Tescos, working on public transport or doing the million of other mundane jobs people have had to do through the course of this pandemic.

So yes they can go to work like everybody else has to, with the difference being their regular testing, fantastically renumerated and if they did get ill would receive the best care available.

Grealish was dangerous driving , that involves other members of the public, he could have killed someone or more

Really? You can catch the virus without breaking rules. City were in London the other day, tier 4, it’s no surprise some players and staff contracted the virus. Catching covid doesn’t mean you’ve had a house party.
