Hypothetically mine runs out on January 2nd.No, I'm exactly the same as I was before, Jack.
Which is what us Jacks have been saying for years.
I'm hypothetically not alright jack.

As I said, like most of Breaxit not as bad as it could have been, just a bit worse than before.I'm boasting about nothing, just pointing out that this particular aspect of Brexit has been shoved down our throats by naysayers for years, in that it would cease, and travel To EU countries meant it stops.
And reciprocal agreements existed before we joined the EU, so it's a benefit
we had before, during, and now after membership.
I do wonder if despite all the dramatic sunny uplands / apocalypse hysteria most of us will actually not notice any particular difference after Jan? Ever since 2016 there has been a repeating cycle of cliff-edge dire predictions that have all turned out to be rubbish as well as some equally exaggerated claims of brexit benefits. In truth f-all seems to be different for anyone. I'm sure there are outliers and examples of individual hardship and tragedy btw and don't wish to make light of them, but in general terms life seems to just trundle on.Just go to Gov UK, it's all there, don't worry your hols are covered.
And the benefit is that any fears you had by listening to the wrong predictions,
have now all disappeared.
It’s ok in Spain and Cyprus so who cares. As I said, like most of Breaxit not as bad as it could have been, just a bit worse than before.
From 1 January 2021, GHICs and most UK EHICs will not cover you in Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Switzerland.
You just did.I'm sure there are outliers and examples of individual hardship and tragedy btw and don't wish to make light of them,
Well, hypothetically, you'd have exactly the same problem in the EU, in thatHypothetically mine runs out on January 2nd.
I'm hypothetically not alright jack.
I've had a brief poke at this thing about Patel bringing back the death penalty as it sounds quite alarming to anyone with a shred of humanity. Happily it seems it isn't at all true. I was alarmed to discover though that polling suggests almost 66%of Tories and about 31% of Labour MP's support it. I suppose in some ways it's only a slight ideological gear change from accepting abortion and self or assisted euthanasia so never say never.

I'm not arguing for the death penalty mate, my point is I don't think it's seriously on the cards at all.Thing is .... the Death Penalty is not a deterrent .... The UK suspended the Death sentence for a five years in the 60's and the homicide rate stayed exactly the same as when the Death Penalty was in place.(the results were the main driver for abolishing it) The only fall in deaths that were achieved was that we didn't hang anyone who was innocent
NI not only enjoying the advantages of being in the Single Market, also keeping other benefits...
So it will be replaced with a GHIC.
What system would you like to replace this one?
So.......Apparently the Eu has ensured that post Brexit UK will respect human rights by building a clause that Eu -UK agreements would be voided if the UK government leaves or violates ECHR.....

So Batty Patels proposal of bringing back the death sentence looks like a non starter.
What are Europeans like eh? Protecting us from the Tories even after we've left.
Indeed. Although execution is forever.
The deal softens the blow that we have to suffer and time will tell how badly people will be affected, but as long as the deal gets voted through, the worst case scenario is kicked into the tall grass for a while.
Does 2 euros a pint in my local pub count?I thought you wanted a clean break. Now you’re boasting that you will continue to benefit from an EU initiative. Which other EU benefits to you want to keep?
It's the freight forwarding salesmen who are quids in and firms exporting and importing who are quids out and will be trying to put it on prices. If you are a red tape salesman, you’ll be quids in.
You can't apply yet.Brilliant, do you have the link I'll apply.Anything for my list of what's better than what we had yet, struggling myself.
Thank you. Not as good as the one we've had but a FTZ all the same. I've just no time for people like Gove who made the promise, then supported the No Deal option till March last year when he was against No Deal because it was not what was promised, but then forgot about the promise again. But if I got upset about Gove's duplicity and hypocrisy I'd be permanently upset. So, zero tariffs, zero quotas, access to the single market, no ECJ jurisdiction, no EU regulations and no membership fees, and just for one particular member, the UK stays in a free trade zone that extends from Iceland to Russia. I’m happy with the outcome.
