Premier League Games 1/2/3/4 Jan 2021

Neither pal. I maintain it was a pen. Pathetic defending and very soft but a pen.
Having given you the benefit of doubt I can only now assume you are definitely pissed now toddle off to sad cafe where they will agree with you

We did that two years running. Hard to do it every year.
We can do it for the Chelsea game. Show the players the corruption in this game: No yellow cards until they were winning, the penalty they got... the players know they'd never get any of that treatment. Remind them of the media witch hunt over the positive COVID cases, including Lampard's comments.

A City win will be the last thing they want, lets make it happen.

An example of a penalty which is given for some teams and not others, either way not overturned as clear and obvious. Defender gets wrong side and attacker ensures there is contact, sadly we know where we stand. Personally I think the rules need changing and there should be a higher threshold for a penalty, although not holding my breath!!

City will do sod all. Which annoys be even more.

City are so desperate to be liked that they had Liverpool bang to rights with them hacking us and did fuck all about it.
Hard to know what we can do about it though!
I genuinely believe that the rags are up there purely because the power that be want them there – lots of dodgy decisions, lack of cards being shown, the incredibly soft penalties... but this is deep... it's all about money – and unless we can prove anything 100%, backed up with evidence... which let's face it, will never happen.

We'll just have to be so good that they can't gift them enough decisions to turn the tide. Someone give Pep the memo.
The problem is and you can see it in games it’s day and night we may not be fully on it and like West Brom end up drawing the rags stumble through games at times and yet somehow get over the line that’s not all down to mentality it’s down to dodgy corrupt decisions like tonight it stinks, football at the end of the day is an entertainment business but the entertainment has been tweaked since VAR’s introduction..

Genuinely think that United are too erratic to mount a challenge, if Oles tenure tells us anything it’s that when they have a dry patch it is inevitably a long one.... let’s see, I still think it will be out of us and the dippers!

I think Liverpool are going to fade badly because of these injuries and the effect on the players left standing of playing nonstop through the winter.

Have been pretty confident it's ours to win all along and nothings changed that yet.

We need to go all out Weds and put these wannabes in their place.

Repeat of last years 1st half semi please.

Would love that but with our form this season and last, along with Pep almost never taking the derby seriously, I am sceptical.

We need to go on a run like two years ago to do anything.

It's weird, i have quite a few Villa fans as friends on FB, not one of them complaining about the pen, just muttering about defensive lapses
Brainwashed by the constant peddling of pundits after games saying “well it’s the right decision it’s a pen“ and just shrugging their shoulders probably thinking maybe it was ..

A higher threshold does nothing to highlight the interpretation.... why have a media outlet to assist on matters if it isn’t going to be utilised? Oliver can naturally interpret (angles permitting) that there was contact, however, when that is reviewed it is conclusive that there was an error. The whole thing stinks, as I’m not having that when it was reviewed they didn’t see the Michael Flatley jig!

I have been playing football (at an Admittedly low level) for 35 years (yes, I should stop) but not once have I kicked my own calf when running... or seen it whilst playing for that matter. Why? Because it doesn’t happen naturally.. even with a tangle of legs, you will never see that on a Sunday league game for that reason.. it’s staged theatrics. What is different between the way a park player runs compared to an elite player? Absolutely nothing aside from there is more at stake so they cheat.

Gary Neville will call it being cute. I will call it blatant cheating. You decide who is right.

Pogba clips his own leg - purposely i'd say too... how the fuck can that stand when reviewed by VAR... how can any pundit defend that decision... I know the game and VAR are corrupt, but fuck me - try and be a bit more convincing
Word in media is that "Pogba is inventive"
