Erling Haaland

The last time I wanted a player this bad it was Mbappe 2017. City need to get their thumbs out of their bums for this one and pull out all the stops.

We were willing to do similar with Mbappe but he said "No" to Manchester City and "yes" to Pep. so We as a club did everything we could. We need to do the same for Haaland. Its been a while since ive seen such a natural finisher like him.

Theres also barely any amazing up and coming strikers either. If we truly want to replace Aguero then Mbappe it should have been now its Haaland. It could be another 2-3 years before another player looks top 5-10 striker in the world again and we simply cant afford to wait... Aguero is on his last legs.

Ifs buts and maybes but I reckon we’d be 6 points clear with a top striker.

Signing Haaland will be as big a mistake as united signing Lukaku

not suited to our style of play

we need someone who can operate in the small spaces

unless we have a radical change in style or Pep leaves he won’t be signing for us

plus his agent called Pep a dog after his time with big nose
Haaland looks as if he will be the world's best striker, if not the world's best player, in the next decade.

Although it might prove to be a mistake to sign Haaland - I think that we should pursue him at all cost.

Of anyone I'd like for us to sign next - Haaland tops my list.

You did well digging that 3 week old bag of bollocks out.

How do you guys think he compares to a young luis ronaldo? Is he at that level? Hardly anyone was but he seems like an incredible talent.

Huh? Do you not rate Haaland? Whom do you prefer that we sign as striker if not him?

The guy seems to be a clumsy oath - but he's extremely fast and bullies defenders due to his size. And, in spite of his seeming clumsiness - he can pass the ball effectively.

The best part of his game though is his strike percentage - the guy is deadly when open on goal for a shot - amazing!

Do you think he's clumsy? For a big guy he looks quite good technically to me, to go with his physical attributes.

By "clumsy" I mean the way he dribbles/runs - it looks horribly awkward to me... nonetheless, he doesn't lose the ball (although it looks awkward) - and often beats his defender for speed/strength.

So although he looks awkward/clumsy (to me at least) - he's anything but. Which is to say, he's the most ungraceful but gifted footballer I've ever watched.

Fair enough, I see what you mean. Hes a good dribbler without being elegant.

Is this the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth?

It is, I swear on the bible in front of me :-)

I watched a few clips of Haaland in the Salzburg side. He scored some goals - but I thought that he'd fare poorly against better competition.

Then he was traded to Dortmund - OK, I thought, that's it. Except that he has been spectacular at Dortmund - "World Class" seems somewhat of an understatement.

Haaland is a once-in-a-generation player - and might well prove to be the best player of his generation.

Gio reyna looks good as well. Maybe just me but I've never bought the sancho hype.
