Exactly - people - and the government - should work on the basis that it can be done and not always think of issues and inconveniences.if it’s an end to a way out this pandemic. Then yes I will pay for an old dear to get a taxi if she can’t afford it to get her jab done at 4am.
24 hour vaccination programme could be achieved if the will is there.
What is there to lose - the government would be better off being able to demonstrate that they offered routes to vaccination that were declined
The only possible issue I could see is the supply of vaccine and - once that is sorted then a good number of 24/7 or at least long opening hours locations could be established. Places like the Etihad or shopping outlets with large car parking could be used. Practical things such as a dominated family member to drive an infirm person can be introduced etc.
IMO - just needs the mindset of 'it can be done' and then the effort to make it work
