Honestly, it isn't that far-fetched.

Hazard went for 100m, which I vaguely remember has already risen to approximately 150m from add-ons. They also sold Morata for 58m apparently. So that's about 200m in sales.

Werner - 47.5m
Havertz - 62m - 71m (plus addons)
Mendy - 22m
Ziyech - 40m
Chillwell - 45m

Total: 225.5m

Pulisic - 58m (but I'm not sure if he counts inside)

I'm just pulling off numbers from Wikipedia, so I might be inaccurate.

Looking at the age of our squad now I don't think we need to change too many this summer.

For me - Outgoings Mendy has shown no signs of returning to his Monaco form so if we can shift him that would be best for all parties. Mahrez is the one for me that should go as he still would command a decent fee and does not suit our team style.

Incoming has to be focussed on buying a new striker to replace Sergio and a top left back would give us options and balance.

Re; other lists I think Gundogan, Zinchenko & Bernardo have shown more than enough quality that they can be valuable members of a very successful team. I also hope to see Palmer move into a regular and follow Phil into the team. Torres will also have a big role to play in the next few seasons. Signing too many new players may effect their chances of being involved more. It's all looking good.

I think it's prime time to sell Gundogan actually. He's on a upswing, and the window of opportunity in getting a decent fee for him is closing.

Moreover, I think if there's one guy that's not going to age well physically as he goes further into his 30s, it's him. Gundogan at 33-34 is not a player I see keeping up with the ever increasing physical demands of the game.

The money we could get for him after his improvement this season would go a long way to getting a WC CM or potential WC CM who's 26 or under.

Kun he can't justify the wages now. We will be lucky to get 20 games out of him.
Ferna what a player, unless he wants a player coaching role.
Zinchenko we need a proper left back.
Gundo been great this year but too may injuries, he won't age well in his 30s and his value is at its peak with us.

Lb - God knows there's a lack of <26 y/o talent.

We do have some great kids a couple of years off to rotate in/see matches out.
Doyle, mcatee, Harwood bellis, mbete, palmer, delap, etc. No solid lbs, rbs or wingers though with braaf looking like leaving. Hopefully we can find a few gems for the eds to develop.

Winds me up that. 58mil for a striker who's never been good, who they had the luxury of loaning first and scored 6 in 17. Yet we're losing Tosin for less than 2 mil. Morata's gash. Crazy they got more than 30mil.

Yep, truly puzzling.

We really need to do better on the selling front. Liverpool sold Brewster for 20 odd million, while we sold Sancho for 8m.
 
City aren't always the best at getting players out, so wouldnt expect 5 or 6. But reckon one of mendy or Zinchenko will go in the summer. Fernandinho. If we did sign messi on a free I think we'd have to shift one our attacking players, probably either Bernardo or Mahrez for me.

I agree with your players out but we've tried Angelino twice & it didn't work. I think Kieran Tierney would be a decent left back for us.

Even if we get Haaland, which I dearly hope we do, I wouldn’t sell Jesus given Aguero’s age, and indeed Messi’s if we did get him. In a year or two we’d be back to square one with just one striker.
