That sounds like Trump after Charlottesville. What have the Democrats done wrong? Had the audacity to nominate African Americans for high office, encourage people to resist voter suppression? Sorry it’s simply Not 6 of one and half a dozen of the other. The blame for this breakdown in US society lies with Trump and the people who have knowingly enabled his policy of hate and misinformation.

Trump is an idiot but nearly half the country elected him due to past failings. 75 million voted for him this time around. The world is full of racists. You reap what you sow America.

If the politicians were not as inept trump would never have obtained office in the first place, Similarities with Boris.

The political system is rotten to the core and we all have to take ownership for allowing these people to get elected and to cause widespread destruction.

CNN just shown a clip made by ITV that shows the mentality of the Trump supporters. It’s like something from Homeland - shocking and embarrassing in equal measure. The size of the problem is huge. US Society is fractured and this won’t be easily contained... this will go on. At the moment these numpties have the President and much of the Republican Party in their corner... in time they’ll be pushed to the fringe when they’ll probably get more dangerous.

The Trump coalition is very similar to the National Socialist one - The Conservative elite on the one hand and working class white supremacy on the other.

Republican Party and it’s fan base will massively split because of all this. Democrats will rule for a long time.

Im no fan of Trump, but the fact is he is the only US President since WW2 to have not sanctioned a new conflict with another country.
