The lack of the media being able to use Google is frightening. I’m pretty sure Google would be able to tell me that we don’t have any individuals owning the club. Pretty certain. It would say we were owned by CFG, Silver Lake & CMC?
We are owned 100% by CFG.
CFG are owned by ADUG 77%, Silver Lake 10%, and CMC 13%. (Round figs). ADUG is Mansour's personal investment vehicle, but we don't know who else , if anybody, is within that "group". Any info on that?

How do they know how many people watch it ?

When you turn your tv on does it somehow tell the bbc/sky etc that you have turned in ? How do they know how many people in my house are watching it ?
How are viewing figures worked out, I dont like the idea that my tv is telling some big brother what I am watching. It would be very embarrassing for me if it leaked out that I like to watch 'Midsomer Murders'
A sample of volunteer viewers have a box which records which station is on and when. These viewers are supposed to keep a diary of who is in the room when tv is on.
It is many years since I was involved in tv audience measurement, so this may be out of date. I expect, eg, the diary has been replaced by pushing a button. Anyone more up to date than me?

Love midsomer

Satly Sally says spurs who were behind as long as us brought on some big names and scored 3 late goals cruised into the next round.

And locally apparently we'll go top for the first time this season if we win tonight. They really do just throw this shit together.
Just heard Silly Sally and the way Spurs' late goals are treated for them. Certainly not as the 'dirty term' that we get and l referred to yesterday.

Agreed. I often read on this thread that City should take on the media. Personally don't think it's a good strategy.
As an example when Klopp bit back at an interviewer a few weeks back it was amazing how they all seemed to round up on him. And they love Klopp.
When Ferguson used to bully the journalists by banning them, he was in a very powerful position. Those journalists knew they couldn't do their job if they weren't in the room. If City did the same, and there have been some appalling underhand questions aimed at Pep, they would just write their unconfirmed shit anyway.
It is annoying at the moment but they'll learn to love us as time goes by.
Do you think the media propaganda will ever be allowed to 'love us' and influence people in a similar way to how the negative reporting has caused the anti City bandwagon to roll? If winning the league with 100 points and a domestic clean sweep get err, sorry, swept under the carpet it is difficult to see what will cause people even to be fair.

Completely agree, if I see one of my lads watching sky when dippers or rags are on I go to the garden shed and start shaving my balls with a plane whilst gouging my eyes with a philips screwdriver. Just as much fun

And we sit back and let them do it. Where is the PR dept for God's sake?
Posters on here always complain about our PR dept and how they should fight back. Who exactly is going to publish, on line, in print or on TV anything the PR dept say? Positive articles on us do not generate clicks so no one will full stop.

Which comes first, the chicken or the egg? Doing nothing seems to suit our PR people who like doing nowt. Along with the ticket office it has been a weak link for years.

I see plucky Spurs overcame the might of bottom of the table Wycombe tonight.

Jolly good show, well done boys.

Spurs overcame a scare but we were within minutes of one of the biggest shocks in recent FA Cup History.(BBC)
I can only assume that when goals are scored fits the narrative not the final result.

No not really. But when we have more pundits in the media the narrative will start to change. I think the difference Micah has made to the way they talk about City matches, when he's on the panel is amazing.
