Just glanced over the bbc footy page, and we get some mentions, but not in a good way of course.

Apparently a west brom player has been racially abused on social media, Romaine Sawyers, which is absolutely awful, anyone found guilty of racism needs locking up in this day and age. West Brom have rightfully reported it to the police.

The thing that annoys me is when clicking to read the report, its a City player challenging him in the photo,(Gundo) and we get a mention too as the team they were playing when the incident occured. Not a lie, I hear some of you say, ok but there is no way they are not "putting us out there" in connection with this.

The bastards cant bring themselves to give us anywhere near the amount of positive football articles as they do for teams below us in the league, but as soon as there is negative association, bang!! we are linked like a shot.

This happens regularly, from covid distancing to spending to racism, its City who get presented visually. I dont care that they need more positive rag/dipper articles for their clicks, but why diss us with negativity always, why not leave us out altogether, you know, like they do when we do something good.

I dont know who has sent this racist message, and I suspect, neither do the bbc, so to offer us up subliminally like this is unforgivable.

I will reiterate my view from a similarly negative article recently, if something good had happened instead at the time we played them, we would be nowhere near the article in words or pictures.

Just seen on bbc footy that they have now arrested somebody for this, a 49 year old man from near Dudley west midlands. A lot closer to west brom than the twats at the bbc had hoped.

Dont worry though, despite this new info, we are still namechecked and represented visibly in the "updated" article.

If I can convince mrs eyes that she doesnt need to watch emmerdale live, then this bunch of outdated red dickheads can swivel for the licence money.

Good interview with Kyle Walker in today’s Times.
I won’t link it as it’s behind a paywall, but it touches on his lockdown misdemeanours( which he acknowledges was a dumb thing to do) and also the rumour about the party he was alleged to have held at Christmas. I’m sure he even got pesters on here for it even though it was complete bollocks.
Also talks of his battles to get into Peps teams and how he needs to be at the top of his physical peak to compete with more naturally gifted players.
Name drops Kev and Spanish Dave as two of the best .
Hopes to finish at Sheffield Utd at some point.
He comes across very well and it’s a good read.

Yeah, to get POTY a player needs to have something "special" about him, like "Hendo's" (I just puked in my mouth) "trademark" shuffle! That's the sort of thing that sets these "special" players apart from the also rans. I will admit that Freddie's got a trademark jump'n'scream, so he may be in with a chance this year.
I thought it was Hendo's wobbly head movement when he runs that put him "head and shoulders" above the rest and nailed the award for him

Put a fiver on Sheffield United

Ole is blowing smoke up our arse about being champions elect, along with the lack of coverage about the rags loss to them. It's got ref enabled win for the blades and a weekend of wall to wall coverage of how Peps billionaires have been humbled by a working class Yorkshireman and his team of Sean Bean's.

We’ve got 4 players in the creativity department playing better than him at the moment. His stats are inflated by penalties, City are that good we can’t be arsed scoring penalties. He couldn’t get in our side and very much doubt Pep would have him on the bench.
Fernandez has been totally shite in the recent matches against us. He's just another myth. Take away his pens and his stats are average.

It must have been Chelsea? ;-)

According to The Athletic, Liverpool bosses initially planned to release a statement on Monday about their intentions to furlough non-playing staff, once they had contacted all those impacted by the decision.

However, they were forced to release a hasty statement on Saturday – with the club’s hierarchy convinced one of their Premier League rivals had leaked their intentions – before eventually backtracking on the decision and issuing a public apology.

We take our chances and we will win by a few goals.

Fucking Steven fucking Warnock getting shoehorned into every possible football programme the BBC can manage, makes me fucking sick. From being shit on the pitch, to being shit on the radio as a guest, to be being shit as a co-commentator, to being shit as a MotD2 pundit, and now being shit on football focus chatting shit with another scouser and a rag sycophant giggling prick who's also somehow risen to fame for doing fuck all (other than giggling and making shit jokes with Naga (pretty fit but I hate her) Mung-fuckin-chetty on the BBC morning bullshit show). Other than being able to spout scouse bias, what attributes does he have that warrant this rise?

Fuck off Warnock, you're a wanker!

How would a Premier league rival know what the Dipshits were intending to do to their non playing staff?
Unless of course they have someone leaking info out to other clubs or the media. They can never accept they are wrong, it is always some one else's fault.

The Express is worse than the Daily United. City do not exist according the Express. They have made a point of not doing any City articles. It's just full of United, Liverpool, Arsenal, and Chelsea articles.

Express.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp hints at Man City and Man Utd title fear as Reds 'unlucky'

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has suggested the Reds' lack of luck this season with injuries could cost them in the Premier League title race.

I don’t usually click on media links to see what they are like but thought I’d see what everybody was talking about and, by Lord that is strictly a for clicks site. Wall-to-wall United and Liverpool, interspersed with Arsenal, Chelsea and Spurs. Even if you click on the City link, the first thing you see is Luke Shaw and the story of them winning the treble, and then all around it‘s then back to the Sky favourites. Not one actual write-up to be seen.

Astounding website that is there for one reason only, and it’s not for football.

The same Warnock who was wheeled out by Sly Sports the day we were cleared by CAS and stated publically that we were still guilty.

If I'm ever in trouble or need a solicitor, I would normally have asked by brother in law (who is a qualified solicitor) to help or recommend the best he knows in the field.
After listening to Warnock I'll ask him instead.

It's ridiculous, he doesn't even measure up in most apsects of a game to others in in the league, it's because the twat has scored a fair few goals nearly all from a dead ball situation.

Compared to Kev, gundo, grealish, son etc he not on their level, ususal fawning for anything in a rag shirt.
I seem to recall a former United player, who could play refer to a United player at that time, as being unable to kick with his left foot, tackle, head a ball, beat a man for skill or speed but was featured in all the media as being the best player in the country.
As this PR campaign continues he will feature more and more in the media although l cannot see Ratface featuring in the women's wank mags much.

He's a wanker (IMO) - if you hadn't already realised that was my opinion from my earlier "sitting on the fence" post.

With Lampard's sacking, Football Focus had the ideal opportunity to show a graphic of Chelsea's summer spending - £226M. But nothing at all, just 'For You' Walker saying they don't have a transfer ban which held them back a few seasons ago.
