BBC website transfer day deadline. Dippers front and centre. Lawro even giving in depth analysis of Ben Davies and lots of information about them chasing two other CBs. Thought to myself that we're obviously not bringing anyone in. Scrolled down to row 3 on the page and there we are "Man City set to sign Rochdale's Baah".
Top of the league and everything but given less prominence than Brighton, Newcastle and WBA.

Yes, the laughable bit is that chancer Solhekol saying “These are very good deals”. Of course they are. If it was City we would be accused of panic buying but as it’s the worlds greatest ever team they are great deals. YCNMIU.

Haha there are no bigger chancers on that station than him and his mate Sheth, they nick gossip from everywhere else that has been in the public domain for hours and claim it as exclusive info from their ‘contacts’, sitting there with eyes bulging as if announcing the outbreak of war.
They even asked Ally McCoist if these deals ‘tilt the title race in Liverpool’s favour’. Tbf to him he didn’t really bite on what they obviously wanted to use as a soundbite to attract the plastic hordes tomorrow

If we were signing 2 CDs on the last day of transfer in January we would no doubt be accused of scrambling in a panic to sign whichever unknown no hoper cvnt we could in an act of sheer desperation.
In the other hand the dippers are no doubt carrying off a master stroke.

On Sly Ally Mccoist declared he was disappointed with Manchester City's transfer business. Perhaps we should be panic buying like the mickeys.
