Players who might improve us

I still want Rony Lopes back. Got a couple against Nimes in the cup the other night and another one in Paris today. Brazilian/Portuguese so would fit right in and can play anywhere across the front. Not too much to ask.

I watched him a bit today and he looked lively

He looked very good. Brilliant goal. Loved him when he was at City, such a brilliant footballer. Not quite good enough for us at the moment, but I wish him a great career

Pity because his style of play is arguably more suited to our style of play now than it was when we sold him; when we let him go we really favoured some expensive dross ahead of him. :-(

Thought it was the emergence of Dias that moved him on, as for Denayer i loved him but he wanted CB position so moved on, Zinchenko is was and always will be better than Angelino, all three are excellent players playing in leagues that suit them i wish them well but do not want them back.

Brahim is 4+ years younger, I don't see how his emergence should impact a chance for Lopes. Denayer is a CB, was impressive on his loan at Celtic alongside VVD and didn't get chances to prove his worth. Angelino I don't think he got enough time or minutes to learn to be a Pep FB which is highly demanding.

Brahim might be 4 years younger but was a special talent pretty sure he made his debut at 16? Denayer was excellent with us and Celtic, but our Manager wanted him to play RB and he did not want to, Angelino could not take a back up LB spot of Clichy or Kolarov and when he came back Zincenko or Mendy who was awful at the time,
 
Out Aguero Sane yeah i know he is already gone but we did not replace, Fernandinho and Mendy, first choice to replace is Haaland, Mbappe,Millincovic- Savic and Theo Hernandez, except at least 3 of the 4 are back up players or have left and Pep does not want to disillusion his first team players
