Players who might improve us

now the question is - does Kovacic prolonged absence expedite this to january ?

i doubt we would sign Wharton in january

i still think that it would be beneficial if we would sign a destroyer/box2box type midfielder - something like Ederson/Varela

I'll be honest, I don't think Ederson or Varela are good enough for us.

Very impressed when I watched him v Palace. Looked top drawer. Just the off the ball intelligence will show you how good he's going to be. On the ball he looks a mixture of Pedri and KDB. Rarely wastes a pass.

I'd be all over Smit like a tramp on chips.

Yes, absolutely. Ederson would be a lovely acquisition. There are many other attractive options, as well.

I honestly don't see why it would. We're arguably a couple of players heavy in midfield as it is.

Rodri, Nico, Phillips, Bernardo, Kovačić, Reijnders, Cherki, Foden (plus Lewis and O'Reilly as well as Mukasa).

Unless the player we really want in available in January, I would wait for the right player - and wait until Phillips, Kova and Bernardo all leave.

It’s quite clearly City.

Unmatched dominance and success across all age groups domestically and abroad. That happens because of the signings we can make. This has benefited all of the CFG also.

CFG has brought in the GDP of a small nation in transfer fees, sell on clauses and bonuses.

Brighton and Bournemouth have done well, but there environments allow a lot less pressure on signings and development can be achieved.
Do you mean the CFA, rather than CFG?
