Sad when you keep Sky on for the preview of the Manchester derby, have to wait for all the Saturday previews, then the Liverpool preview, then 13 minutes on Man Utd & 2 minutes on City. It was during that 2 minutes when my wife came to discuss something with me.
Presume you did the honourable thing and told her to shut the fuck up for 2 minutes?

Check the very gritted teeth on this lady as she asks... "Wow sounds like you want to stay forever". They can't handle the thought of us dominating like others have in the past. Cant handle it. Gritted teeth, toys out of the pram, "sportswashing", "bad for football"...its everywhere. They can't handle it, and they're desperate to stop it with whatever it takes, and wow are they looking desperate right now. Come on City take them to the cleaners

Tell the Sheikh get a bid in for this Sun character

Not sure if this has been posted but a nice little interview with Zaba in the mirror

Talks about how involved and supportive Khaldoon is and attributes that as one of the reasons the majority of our players stay with us for long periods of time rather than fucking off to Real/Barca etc

Just heard on the dipper commentary that Fulham were aggrieved at coming away from the Etihad with no points, struggling to remember them being unlucky, lost 2 0 and had one shot on target, we scored 2 early goals and stepped off the gas from memory?

They did play very well at the Etihad. Whether they were aggrieved or not is another matter.

However if they don't get something today, they will be pissed totally.

I think one shot on target means aggrieved is over the top, just scored v dippers, as you say that’s a lot easier

Meanwhile Sam Wallace in the Telegraph goes in hard on United. His big buddy Neil Ashton won't be pleased.
This follows up surprisingly positive stuff from Ducker.

Behind a paywall but for those who know how it should be accessible:

"There is certainly no shortage of ideas when it comes to taming the game’s billionaire arrivistes, or reworking the domestic and European game to the advantage of United and fellow storied franchises. But tick tock goes the clock. Almost eight years since Ferguson departed and no closer to a title. Season by season City are building an empire, one which United are quite capable of fighting on their resources. They just do not know how."

Lovely stuff
