Does anyone think we are not complaining enough as fans at some of the articles that get written?

Maybe we should be more like Liverpool fans as much as we make fun of their victim mentality, in the same situation they'd bombard their office with letters of complaint and petitions until their editors or those above have to take notice.
Liverpool fans are the extremists of football, they behave like religious fanatics when their 'faith' is attacked or even questioned by taking direct action against the infidel.

Yes. Fans should reply to the club and article editors correcting all factual errors and politely request an edited article be published, error correcting. This needs to be done by a large coordinated number of fans and be fully fact checked. "Opinion" articles that include prejudice, false facts and the usual anti city stereotyping and tropes should be notified to the club by a large number of fans requesting the club to invite the writer to visit the club and meet the fans and a club PR person, who would thoroughly go through the article pointing out every word the fans were unhappy with an then publicly publish revised article and highlight the original errors. Cannot see it happening but they will write the shite until they are publicly shamed.

Surely this is already what the, (I expect) well paid PR department within the club should already be doing?

No, keep winning things, huge grins and watch those salty tears flow! I'd rather see a full trophy cabinet than worry about the negative press. Haters gonna hate regardless of what we do until the footballing demographic changes in this country, which will be a long, slow process.

Just like Everton, City will never be media darlings. Stuff them.
I am old enough to remember that Everton's success in the 1980s (with two titles) was often reported through a LFC filter by the press. They never got the credit they deserved from the media and, of course, were denied the chance to play in the European Cup.

Tonight's match has clearly been called off as the news/ sports outlet, funded by us, staffed by paedos and weirdos in equal numbers, oh and Naga MFC, has no mention what so ever about it.
We are the league leaders who have just lost (at home) for the first time in months, can we recover? can we go on another brilliant run? can we kill anymore children in Yemen? There must be something that the BBC could find to put on their website about us.

One of the best English sides I've ever seen in over 60 years of being involved in footy.

But like Nottingham Forest under Clough, it was never given credit for just how fluid and top quality its football was.

Kevin Sheedy alone was worth paying the entrance fee to get in to watch.

But unless 'great' English teams are from the favoured clubs they never get a mention from our supine, venal media..

On Breakfast they led with the German national team and the managers job becoming vacant at the end of the season.
I find it difficult to understand Klopp's accent at times but l think he was saying he wanted to stay. So a good opportunity for the BBC to portray his loyalty to that listing ship.
I wonder if FSG are so loyal?

I had an Everton m8, I learned about their successful history through him, I even lived through the time! Shows how much the propaganda machine works well. He was so bitter about it.

We won the league and Cup Winners cup and lost to your red neighbours in the FA cup final. The homecoming was all about united with hardly anything shown of our lads bringing the trophies back. The excuse from Granada was there was no places to put cameras by St George's Hall? we knew it was utter tosh.

It is even worse now. Liverpool get documentaries made when they win. City won every domestic trophy in one season did they not? I still cannot find the program about it anywhere?

City, like Everton, have real fans. Liverpool and united have some real fans but also so so many hangers on. And it is the hangers on (Customers) who the media fall over themselves for.

Fook them

I loved that team. That was my youth as well so a wonderful time.

And Forrest were brilliant at their peak

All day long

And I can assure you that fans of most clubs are cheering City on to win it instead of the same old brigade

Another thing Kendall was never given credit for was the fact that his great team was put together for a relative shoestring. Especially compared to the neighbours. The only really big money buy I remember was Lineker once he had won the first title
