Ref Watch

You can see the Southampton goalkeeper gets a touch on the ball in both clips shown in these Twitter posts. It is only a very slight touch. In both clips, the ball deviates very slightly immediately after Foden kicked the ball. In one of the clips, the ball changes direction when in the air, so it can't be because of spin.

He didn't touch the ball You need to go to SpecSavers

Wasn't Halliday on duty for the Southampton game?
According to Souness it was Halliday who had to go and fetch a new bog roll when Atkinson shouted out “there’s no fukin paper in here” whilst he was having a shit during THAT incident, hence neither of them were at the monitor lol

Referee: Andre Marriner. Assistants: Scott Ledger, Simon Long. Fourth official: Robert Jones. VAR: Craig Pawson. Assistant VAR: Andy Halliday
Poor Halliday, having to be guide dog and make sure Pawson takes his meds and keeps away from sharp objects.

Martin Atkinson was the ref in the derby when Ashley Young scythed down Aguero for what should have been a penalty.

And now he also sees fuck all wrong with that challenge on Foden. Dodgy ****.

Aguero was very lucky not to have suffered serious injury.

He's a rag, pure and simple. Go look at Keith Hackett's comments about him, absolutely scathing.

Atkinson was also the ref when he went way beyond the 5 minutes injury time at OT to let Michael Owen score. He's dangerous when it comes to City matches.

This is the image just before Young makes contact with Aguero, half way up his lower leg.

Completely out of control, wild and reckless.

I genuinely, and with complete honesty, cannot see a touch on the ball by the keeper.

That is the real scandal here. Atkinson and Taylor are fervent rags, it isn’t a secret, yet the PGMOL let them ref the rags and their direct rivals, where predictably they seek to influence results to suit their allegiance. It is just unbelievable in a multi billion pound industry with constant media focus that it gets swept under the carpet.
