How many trophies will we win?

Come on everyone, we know that winning all 4 is going to be difficult but this team and manager have shown time and time again they can do it. Winning the league against Liverpool knowing we had to win every single game, the Leicester game, the win streaks - it's seriously impressive stuff. Sure there's been the odd brain fart, but Pep gets the vast majority right more often than not.

I do think the stars have aligned for us somewhat - the European big guns aren't what they were. We have a favourable draw in the CL to Dortmund - they aren't ripping trees up in Germany. Spurs in the CC final - they look so poor at the moment and can see them imploding as Mourinho edges towwards the exit door. The league is almost done and in the FA Cup we're playing a decent Chelsea side and possibly Leicester in the final - they aren't great teams.

Maybe I'm still a kid at heart, but every season I think we're going to win something (I was like that when I was 6... ). With this team we can have every confidence that they will give it their absolute best.

Honestly, if you want to win ANY trophy you will have to play the big dogs. We know that - and all the other teams know we're a very big dog.

I'm absolutely loving this season, even though we can't go. I've seen most of the games and it's off-the-scale stuff this. Enjoy it!!! If we don't win the lot, so what? At least have some fun winding the reds up! :)

odds are 8.6 to win the Quad

1.01 Prem
1.35 League cup
1.86 Fa cup
3.4 Champs league

as the odds suggest unlikely but more then possible

Imagine our next 5 games were

spurs
Dortmund
Munich or PSG
Liverpool/Madrid or Chelsea
Leicester

and we have to get 15 points from 15

that’s how hard it is
not necessarily, you can draw one leg of the CL (or even lose) and still win the tie. Not saying anything is easy, but Dortmund are 14 pts behind Leipzig who the Scousers comfortably handled

I'm getting fed up of people saying 'why is everyone mentioning the quadruple'.

Everyone is mentioning it because we are in an unfathomably good position. We're the best team in the world right now. Arguably, the form we've shown since December puts us up there with the greatest football teams EVER. We have everything lined up to win all four.

That doesn't mean we'll win all four. It doesn't mean we'd have failed if we don't. There's still a hell of a way to go, but if any team in world football is capable it's us and if you'd have offered any fan this position at the start of the season they'd snap your hand off!

Imagine winning all four , the steam from the piss boiling would be on a par with an Icelandic volcano , nowhere to hide for the Rags, Dippers , media , we will be the best English football team EVER.
No they wouldn't, they would have you do it the following year as well to be considered great. Even then it would be down to the 1 billion sitting on the bench or the other billions spent on the rest of the team.

The stars are indeed aligning, not least of which is the fact that we have a fully fit squad which effectively give us 2 world-class teams to choose from. However to win the lot we're gonna have to ride our luck, not slip up anywhere (either metaphorically or literally) and hope that we don't have to rely on VAR or penalties!

Can we not be greedy and add the European Super Cup and Club World Cup......I want the lot.

Yes, I am giddy about that too ... if we are able to complete the Quad this season ... we will be going after SEVEN next season! (Actually we will be going for them all if we win the CL and PL (or FA Cup) double).

- Community Shield
- UEFA Super Cup
- FIFA Club World Cup
- Carabao Cup
- FA Cup
- Premier League
- Champions League

I looked at our April fixtures before. It's madness.

Leicester away, Dortmund home, Leeds home, Dortmund away, Chelsea FA Cup semi, Villa away, Spurs league cup final, potential CL semi final.

Huge huge month that. Just takes one bad game, one mistake or one bad decision to put an end to the run. Pep's shuffled the squad really well this season. But these Internationals are a piss take. Need everyone back fit and well. League is almost in the bag and if we can win against Leicester, Leeds and Villa it will be done (probably even mathematically).

Chelsea in the semi should be even because we'll both have had a heavy run of games. Spurs in the league cup will be tough. They're desperate to win something. They get more rest leading up to it than us... so we shall see.

Mad month that.

Thought the club world cup had been moved to become yet another major mini-tournament?

Just seen they've pushed it to next year so it could be us.

If i was a betting man i wouldn't put money on us winning all four, i just get the feeling we'll slip up in one or two of them.
The title and one other would be a fantastic season in my books
