The FTSE

Futura Medical ( FUM) is where I’m invested in.
it’s a gel that will be used to replace viagra.
No side affects and it’s an over the counter product.

Its just about to get its CE mark by the end of May and that will open it to a lot of markets in a 5.6bn dollar per year industry.
All the development is just about over.
Do your own research and come back and thank me later.

The share price is about 55p ( on announcement of the CE mark it jumped to 80p But all the profit taking and day traders the excitement has quelled a little)
I have been in this share for 5 years. I hope it will be £3 or £4 in a years time but that’s me dreaming but everything I read about it on LSE points that way.
Sounds interesting but not all are getting a hard on for it (pardon the pun). Still looks like it would be worth a punt but the same could be said for all pharmaceutical companies I guess. Before I switched from shares to funds I had a bit of success with Avacta who I think showed some promise around fighting COVID

The writer of that article is using past revenues for future returns, I don’t see how that is a valid argument seeing as it was still in development and not on the shelves yet.
They have signed an agreement to market the product in China.
The EU CE approval will be delivered in the next 6 weeks.
The product is definitely needed in the market place.
Ive been disappointed with this share since I bought them but personally my opinion is it’s going to come good In the next 12 - 18 months.

I have had a little dabble, hopefully your optimism will be well founded. Wonder if shareholders can get a free sample of the ointment?

Nio share has dropped a fair bit after results. Chip shortages a major issue.

Time to put some more money in?! It's basically down to what I first invested at, back in November. But might throw some more in as it's early days with a lot of volatility and any stated risk will see a panic - as reflected across all of the EV companies today.
Wouldn’t buying chip stocks (SMH) be a more direct positive outcome, as opposed to a derivative potential trade in NIO, when it is being hurt by the very thing in which you COULD be investing?

Just a thought.

That's what I wrote two posts later!

So as we approach a new Isa year I asked my IFA about using this years allowance. Basically he came back with a mirror image of my existing portfolio funds but wants 2%/£400 to set it up..
I'm wondering should I just do that myself through Interactive Investor for half the cost??
It’s really easy to do your self , I found hl web site easy to use , going to use vanguard once my rental is paid off as hl you only have to pay 25 a month min while vanguard is 100 for monthly savings , and for 1 off payments hl is 100 and 500 for vanguard

Can you put existing shareholdings into a new Stocks and Shares ISA or do you have to open the ISA then buy shares to put in to it?
