I can't imagine a club like Madrid haven't budgeted for this.

In addition, they could easily go to banks and take loans to cover some of it, and the revenue a player of his caliber would generate, they would have no problem paying it back.
 
Mbappe to Madrid has been signalled for years. PSG will sell if they have any sense or lose him for free next summerm. They'll use the proceeds on Kane. Best of luck to them negotiating with Levy.
 
One thing a friend has pointed to out to me, and I think it’s relevant to this coming transfer window. PSG’s transfer record before signing Mbappe and Neymar is pretty much comparable to ours. In fact, their third biggest transfer ever after those two is the same as our record. They made “the leap” for a generational talent (Mbappe) and then for the superstar (Neymar). This feels exactly what’s going to happen to us, and what people who are weary of big signings for us “because it’s not our M.O.” should understand— it’s about when an opportunity presents itself

I do think that would be the biggest stumbling block, whether the figure is over exaggerated or not

Last time around Mbappe had his pick of major clubs... if he wants to leave Paris this summer whose got £120m plus; down the back of the sofa? Not too many clubs I’d have at a guess... some serious debt being accumulated just now.

That’s the beauty of this summer, and why we let Serg go, as most of the world’s best strikers are attainable in theory.

Haaland, Mbappe, Kane.

Surely we are capable of bagging one of those 3.

By all accounts Mbappe want to go to Madrid. He could just run down his contract and go for free the following year. He's still young.

We have done well because our players are team players not being pimped out to the highest bidder
This is bullshit. There’s nothing in these meetings that can’t be said in a teleconference, it’s all for show which for me is a bit odd
If I was Dortmund I’d be fuming. They have their biggest game of the season in Tuesday night and haaland and his camp are coming across as dicks to me!!!

I think they will try too and I could see Madrid trying to do some swap deal with Varane and/or Isco or a few others to lessen the cost.

Unlike our own club who seemingly have given our best ever centre forward the mighty heave ho, but he`s still here for the remainder of the season.
