well if any of the is true then the 60m buy out he wanted in his contract was put in and he signed it but now Villa ain’t sticking to it and they can do it’s not like at clubs in Europe where there is a buyout you pay it and the players yours! Here it’s not enforceable just like the Saurez buyout when Arsenal did 40m and 1p
