Them having a 30 player first team squad is a big advantage over us having 22+ Mendy. More options before their Granada game.

To be fair, the team out yesterday should have still been able to beat 10 man Leeds. I'm not blaming pep as I've said we were still strong enough on paper to beat them. It's more down to players not 100% and a freak result. Peps got champions league insight and wants it badly.

He can’t afford to do that now. I think he will pick stronger sides against Villa and Palace. The trade
is likely to be weaker sides against Chelsea and Spurs, particularly Chelsea.

if we go out against Dortmund which is possible, it will be full strength all the way.

When I say full strength, for me that means Dias, De Bruyne, Gundogan and Foden play. Who we play around that is largely immaterial as long as one of them isn’t Mendy.
