At the end the power will lay in the viewers, will I pay to watch this superleague? Will be available in an app like DAZN? Right now I am paying 150 a year for DAZN and that gives me access to Premier League, Champions league, And a whole lot of more stuff

But if all the players from the 15 clubs were banned from the World Cup, the competition becomes a farce and completely pointless

they know they’ve got FIFA, UEFA and the PL by the bollocks and they know these competitions are going to have to fall in line and compromise

You can't seriously admire this approach that 12 clubs are effectively dictating the football world for our own selfish desires and needs, and that City is part of this.
 
What is really pissing me off is they just did it. They didn't open a forum with players, managers or fans. They didn't try and negotiate with UEFA or any of the leagues, they didn't give one single toss about anyone but themselves. They just got a giant pile of money together and announced a new competition.

If FIFA and UEFA and the leagues stick to their guns that is 6 Premier League clubs with rich histories just gone. That is players jumping ship so they can play in a world cup, it's millions of fans that have lost their club. And it was just decided for them.

It’s not suppose to take over the domestic league. Form my understanding you are still playing league every weekend and this will take place of champions league

We wouldn't be a big fish (I assume you meant fish, not dog) in a small pond though because the other teams will, I suspect, stay in the PL. if they didn't, our whole financial structure would be screwed anyway as the money for the PL would be a lot less without them.

Either become a 2nd tier club, or join the Super League. That was our choice. It seems that you would have gone with the first option but there was only one way we were going to go after all the investment in the club.
