there is no moral high ground here. None whatsoever.

Instead of blaming someone else, look internally at what your own club has become.

Focus your anger there. This needs to be coordinated by all real "legacy" fans

but the smoking gun held to your head makes you sign up or miss out
its happening even if only 2 clubs sign up united and one other club ? united know they have the power just like back in 1992 with the premier league ? they offered everybody a cut of the tv money. but what they forgot to say was united will be on every week and get the lion share of the tv money

everybody should be checking the small print because if united are the leading the pack ? it will only mean one thing they will be getting the lion share again in being a major viewing team

Woodward left the ECA just been announced, completely lost with it all who are the ECA.
When you look at it one way, its just a rebranding from the CL to ESL, same shit people running the show making more money.

What really screws me up here is We’ve still got unfinished business with UEFA, having been denied our right to vent our anger when COVID fucked up the second leg against Real Madrid

Now we need to all stand together with UEFA, this European Trash is so political and complicated.

I blame Birmingham City and Hibernian for getting involved in this in the first place lol

I wonder who is providing the finance for this ?

Can anyone think of someone with oodles of cash who might be interested ?

Maybe, just maybe, it is AD pulling the strings here. In comparison the other owners don't have a pot to piss in.
Dave. Read the detail in the proposal. JP Morgan provide a giant loan (sweetener) which has to be paid back. Mortgage the future with someone else’s money. it’s the American way. Apparently worldwide there are 4 billion people who watch live football. Historic ‘legacy’ fans are but collateral damage in this proposal.

The levels of hysteria in the press about this are genuinely incredible.

You've got actual reporters suggesting a Tory government might nationalise the football clubs and seize 51% of ownership of these privately owned businesses to distribute to fans.
