Reporter missed a trick there, and should have asked him who the Conservative mayor is of East of England. "Bwah, waffle, I'll be supporting the conservative East of England mayor."

There isn't an East of England mayor.
 
Anybody old enough to remember the days of " there will be no barriers " and then "there is no barrier" to now "ludicrous barriers"? All espoused by this man who actually negotiated and signed the deal which imposes these barriers and which he cannot remove without the agreement of others.........thats how a deal works

He's going to 'sandpaper' the agreement he signed 'into shape'. Perhaps he should have done that before he signed it.

To be fair the fact that he doesn't follow a team is no surprise - after yesterdays Mayoral ramblings he would only claim to be a fan of East Bromwich Albion anyway.

The burnings question should be why now? Why this topic? Why nothing said about child sex abuse scandal? Why no condemning dipper fans for their constant Covid breaches? Where has he been whilst racist on line abuse has become so commonplace for non-white players? Were those discussed on COBRA meetings he decided to swerve or something?

Did you see him in the Q&A just now - full marks to that reporter who asked him about the legality of his actions and affair with Arcuri " in the marital home" ...............really didn't like that did he?

At least that bit of plywood that divided the rooms can be removed now as well as the flags. Keep the carpet though. That was nice. On it's own was worth the 2.6M.
And he's had to give Allegra Stratton a different job now!
Surely all this wasn't down to a lickle old question from the media about his relationship with Ms Arcuri in which he acted with integrity?
