I knew Chelsea were tying to get out ahead of this for the positive press but to be fair it doesn't matter if City were first(ok it feels a little better). City and Chelsea were obviously the two clubs who were first to be reconsidering it and also the most hesitant to agree to it. Still rather they had done what Bayern and PSG have done but there's a way back from this as I said earlier.
