I think the five with board members have dug their own grave.

City, Chelsea, etc. still deserve all the criticism they get for signing on. But I don't think Real, United, Liverpool can backtrack when their owners were named to the fucking board.

Should be fascinating.

City have played this very well from a PR perspective IMO.

They were the last to join and the first to leave and made sure everyone in the press knew about it, and how they felt they were railroaded into it.

Harder for United and Liverpool to say the same.
