If he were aware of an interest from United, you’d think the last club he’d be sucking up to would be us. You can deny all you want, but the reports of links between Grealish and us are very much credible. And we’re not the ones deciding what’s a priority or not

There hasn't been the slightest sign he's getting complacent, and if he isn't I can be sure he won't alow a single player to become either complacent or sure of his place. We have enough competition in Grealish' position without him.

This is great on paper, but we just don’t know what happens if we win the UCL. Take Mahrez for instance. Are we sure he will be giving his all if we win it? Especially when his national team isn’t going to be a player at the World Cup. Certainly hope so, but it’s uncertain
And what Grealish adds, isn’t just technical brilliance, but a kind of spark that every team needs to keep going. Look at Liverpool.

As I said, he shows a wide interest in football - not just us. I bet a number of clubs perceive that he's 'interested' in them. That's just seems to be his nature on his accounts.

I wouldn't be taking that as a done deal or clear indication that he's desperate for a move here.

You haven’t been following his accounts closely if you don’t think he speaks more about us than any other club, and it’s not close

I didn’t say that was the motivation. But if we look at a position thinking, Well, maybe we don’t need it this year, but next year we surely will, and they know that this player is liked by Pep and fills all the requirements, but is bound to United this year unless we go for him, then I can see we anticipating the deal.
But the thing is, I think he would be massively important for next season anyway. So it’s just a silly hypothetical
