even if he did say fuck off, the players tell the ref to fuck off all the time.

the way they were surrounding him all the time, I’m surprised it was only fuck off that he would have said

One of the things I loved most about last night is that eight or nine of the starting eleven have received ridiculous criticism in recent times.

Ederson gets shit because his penalty save percentage doesn't impress the dorks.

Walker is just a brain-dead pace merchant.

Stones is both mentally and physically weak.

Zinchenko was a dickhead who just wanted to sit around and collect his paycheck rather than get binned off to Wolves or Betis.

Gundogan can't defend like Fernandinho, control a game like David or produce game changing moments like Kev.

Bernardo was a one season wonder.

Foden is an ungrateful shit who needs to keep his mouth shut and accept what he's given.

Kev looks fat and uninterested. Never a captain.

Mahrez is afraid of his own shadow and doesn't pass.

I've been guilty of one or two of these at times and I'm not trying to do that whole "ha! Look how stupid everyone is compared to me" thing that I see all the time on here.

It's just nice to see. Really nice. Dare I say it's heartwarming.

Brilliant, absolutely fantastic performance, one of the best I've seen.
Dias just gets more impressive with every game, in fact this defence
is incredible in every respect, and Zinchenko, well, yet another thing Pep
got bang on, brilliant in attack, brilliant in defence.

All those years of watching city up and down the divisions ,relegations ,promotions, trying to catch the results of the game in the sports paper the next day when we were in division 2(I grew up in the west of Ireland so had no way of getting the result on the day)

watching the red shower of shite from the swamp dominate for my teenage years but being so proud to be the only blue kid I knew .

I wore my shirt every training football session. I got unmercifully mocked by every united , liverpool and arsenal fan until people actually came to respect the level of my unwavering support for something they just couldn't understand.

I was born in Manchester ,all my family are city fans.its in my blood .iv been through every high and low of the club just like all of you, even if I couldn't get to the games as much as I'd like .Every game good and bad that's happened I have shared with a family member that's present or gone and they are memories il always cherish.

So I just want to say thanks City for everything .you were amazing last night the club, the manager ,the players the staff ,the fans.last night brought a tear to my eye .. everything we have all been through together feels so worth it.. none of the fans of so called other big clubs could ever understand what we have been through and what it means to be right here right now ...

They think we don't belong here but we do , now Let's go on and win it !!?

The last 4 European games show we've just grown up in the competition. Immense from all of the team.
We have arrived at the very top of the table, today is the day when the footballing world realises it and has to accept it.

Reading and watching the press this morning has been a pleasure, a watershed moment, ladies and gentlemen, the tide has turned.
