Departures wise I think it will be
Mendy Out (on loan probably)
Aguero Out (confirmed)
Ferna will likely stay
I think there will probably be 1 surprise departure as well (Sterling or Jesus maybe)

Find it hard to believe this story. Pep loves players including his front men to not only score goals but link up play and be good on the ball and be able to keep possession, We would find ourselves having the constantly win the ball back with the ball bouncing off the donkey up front. Don't care how many goals he has scored for Belgium, Rags or Inter. He's not only a ****, He's a shit ****.
Have you watched him recently? he is 10x the player he was for the rags. He is running faster and further than ever before, him and Martinez have been great up top together with link up play etc.

I don't think we will sign him but he is miles away from what we saw in the prem.

I still think both Sterling and Jesus will stay even if, or when Grealish does sign. Cancelo might be the one who goes, especially with his sudden loss of form.

Tixki’s biggest blinder would be tying Pep down longer.
I think Haaland would rejuvenate Pep, Kayky looks the bomb.
All set to rival Fergie for trophy count, if Pep can put up with the weather and beggars in Manchester.
Here’s hoping.

They are in the CL squad this season. But the rest of my post was about next season. We have to have 3 keepers in the CL squad? Really? Can you point me to that rule or have you just made that up?

Do we need Carson (will he even be here? No idea on his contract situation?)in the CL squad when we already have Ederson & Steffan with Trafford on the B list?

I’d suggest not & as an old pro who never plays, I doubt Carson would be arsed if he was or not,

It’s not nonsense & it’s also not an argument.

Are we likely to have one in one out? Absolutely. Do we have to? Do we fuck

It is getting pointless discussing this with you.

The fact is, we have no free spaces. With all sorts of assumptions, sure, we will have a few. But they are just that, assumptions. Like carson not existing, mendy not being used in a top competition, CL rules being made up etc.

So, nonsense assumptions aside, it is one in one out. Including carson and mendy, who if leave will need replaced with experienced players and will still occupy squad spaces.

Garcia is off as well if Barca sort their shitshow out.

He has improved at Inter Milan, Still don't think his first touch has improved too much then again I haven't watched Inter Milan in every game, I seen them in the Champions League a lot and big games in Serie A. In my opinion I think he loves being a big fish in a small pond I don't think that will ever leave him. I don't think he would be good enough to play in a Guardiola side, Maybe I'm wrong but I just don't see it with Lukaku.

Is it an assumption or a fact that with PL rules, we can sign another player & include them in our PL squad without selling anyone?

It is an assumption that there is any reality in which we would. No different to assuming we would buy 5 top strikers and not play them in any competition.

So is it a fact we could sign another player to play in the PL without selling anyone or not?

It’s a really simple question mate, it only requires a yes or no. Nothing to do with assumptions to suit point of view.

So is it a yes or a no?

Carson’s contract expires on 31st May 2021

It is too pointless a question to answer.

Ha ha are you a politician not wanting to answer a question that proves my point?

Clearly the answer is yes.

So what I’ve been saying is factually correct.

That doesn’t mean it will or I think it will happen, but this was the original point. Can we sign another player without losing anyone, yes absolutely

However, I’ll add a caveat that if the club believes that having an extra player in the PL (& therefore LC & FA cup) will mean we have a better chance of winning the lot, I wouldn’t put it past them making this decision.

Especially with ACON next season, meaning we’ll lose Mahrez for a while & potential extra games in the Euro Super Cup & World Club Cup should we win the CL final.

Glad you agree with my original point, which seems to have been lost along the way lol

Meanwhile, back in the real world, it is one in one out.

Don’t try to make me look stupid mate. I’ve already agreed that it’s unlikely, but if you struggle with comprehension, I’ll spell it out for you

I said we can sign another player without getting rid of anyone as per the rules

You said we can’t

I’m talking factually

You’re chatting shit

Here you go in black & white mate

You’re worse than my missus who can also never admit when she’s wrong

My last response on it, with all due politeness.

I said we wouldn't, not that we can't. And that it was a pointless fact, as it only applies to one competition and the club builds teams for all. So it is completely irrelevant.

We both know the rules. The selective 'we could' hypothetical really is meaningless and you acknowledge as much yourself. I really don't get why it means so much to you, but there really is no point to it as it just isn't what the club would do.

Have yourself a good evening mate.
