Pep played false 9 at barca alot. So it makes sense hed go with that. Yangel is hybrid type player can play CDM and number 10 his passing is underrated. Pedro porro as well looks a very good prospect seems the CFG model is paying off for the first team now as well as sales.

If yesterdays performance is anything to go by it shows we don't need a new CF, we play better without one.

Why would you disrupt a team's fluidity and maybe hamper the progression of the finest young talent we have produced since possibly Paul Lake to accommodate a CF when we have scored well over 100 goals and are in with a chance of a Quadruple.

It makes zero footballing sense and Pep has said we are not in the market for Haaland, which my source told me a while back. Foden is our future. False 9 is the future.

Also heard Yangel Herrera is who is actually on loan from us to Granada CF in Spain will be coming back and is viewed as a possible long term replacement for Ferna. Powers that be are very impressed with his progression.

When we first signed Herrera I remember hearing Vickery or someone saying he was going to be absolutely class.

I would be worried but our team is young. I think we will see alot more academy players in the team next season. Seems like pep wants to use the academy. Foden has been brilliant in two aspects one hes been amazing on the pitch but hes also probably brought belief in the players in the academy that they can make it into the first team. And we have a golden group right now

Yeah like if we went into next season without signing anyone it wouldn’t be a disaster but ideally I want us to make one big name signing. I know i’ve laughed at the idea of Danny ings but that’s because I feel he’d be a pointless signing. But if we gave Delap, Doyle and maybe Palmer and another a chance next season along with what we’ve got we would be okay.

Herrera and Nmencha have done well out on loan and they could also be given a go

Seem this a few times that we'll play with false 9 the whole time. Respectfully I just don't believe that's the way they're thinking.

For starters we've been in touch with Haaland's camp for a long time. Why do that if you're not interested?

For all Pep's use of False 9 he's also built very successful teams with David Villa, Lewandowski and Aguero at the tip of the spear.

We've also announced that Aguero is on his way, which opens up a spot in the squad as well as his pay packet.

Man City are absolutely in the market for a striker. They won't get the piss taken out of them, I'm sure. I trust the powers that be on that point after watching what's happened with Sanchez, Fred and Maguire. There's 0 chance Haaland gets a £600k pw deal from City. But they are looking for a goalscorer.
