It’s bollocks as Johnson has never referenced this nutter and as it is entirely without merit it should have been scrubbed. She is called Yvonne Hobbs and she launches multiple county court actions against all sorts of public figures and organisations.

The fact that they have run with such a nonsensical story (if what you are saying is correct) then it would indicate that the knives are out for him.

Your assertion was the story was bollocks - however, as it stands, there is a CCJ outstanding in his name for his current address ergo that is news. The background as to the who/what/when/why is coming out as the story develops but that does of course give the press more sunshine in which to make hay and it begs the question what was going on at number 10? Who on the staff should have picked up on the correspondence they WILL have received from the courts telling them of the action and the results?

You are getting desperate now.

There was no need to respond to such an action and it clearly is an error on the part of the system. She is a complete nutter and hopefully it’s going to cost her money.

Its not an error on the part of the system its the exceptionalism at the top which chose to ignore what was happening and it will go away but it didn't. Had Private Eye not report this originally we could have had bailiffs calling on number 10. I can see you love Johnson and forgive him all his sins but your understanding of all this is woeful as is your analysis.

According to the BBC, it's what happens when someone applies to what was the small claims court, and the accused party don't reply to the papers sent to them. As no defence is offered, the claim is upheld initially.

As someone said earlier, the bafflement is not that the claim got put in and has now been thrown out, but that it was completely ignored for 6 months. At best, it's negligent, at worst it's contempt for the system.

I never said it didn't exist. I did say it was all bollocks, which it is. Why would I claim it didn't exist when I stated that it was a defamation accusation by an anti vaxer named Yvonne Hobbs.

You seem to be tying yourself up in knots rather than graciously accepting that it is bollocks.
