You used to and that's why fans can't catch up.
There will always be a gap if these want tickets.

Simple. Loyalty points. I’ve got 19k and not missed a single home game in 27 years. I used to do all sways but chose family over that. No beef whatsoever with those con more points who’ve continued to do home and away. But we’ve a so called rep who said we shouldn’t have rewarded loyalty. Hence people on 12, 8, 0 points getting tickets. Fucking horse shit

Not the 1st time the job of the everyday fans Rep has been questioned and won’t be the last until an everydays fan is interested in doing the job, but most everyday fan won’t want the hassle coz hey we are just everyday fans .
I don’t think he speaks for me or fans like me , the ones that are not in supporters clubs and like to go under there own steam. It’s like having a extra Rep for supporters clubs or oap on the panel . Sadly this will be the case until someone with the time and inclination steps forward to speak for the everyday fan .

You have to put it into some apple wallet or Google pay app to open it.

I can get mine up on my screen with Google pay app complete with a barcode and all my details, I hope it works. I'm okay to a certain extent with technology but I've had to download this when I didn't really want to.

If they gave a print at home option they could have avoided this.

People on the phone for 2 or 3 hours just told to ring back next week. Very poor.

Sent me twice more, still nothing
My lads ticket I bought hasn’t got an e-mail just tried buying his with mine and it worked
They confirmed on the phone he came out of the ballot but didn’t get an email
Glad I chanced it

No usual north stand, I just want to give my seat a cuddle again :+)other people have photos of family and places on their walls I've got a framed picture of our seats on our wall as that's where I'm happiest in the world.
