Weird game really. We are going to have to relearn managing away crowds, so it's good experience for that if nothing else. VAR was never going to overturn the red card, but I did thing it should be a penalty. Regardless, we should have managed the game better and we didn't, and it felt like they wanted it more. Garcia struggled when he came on, and players, understandably, looked a bit nervous in 50/50s. I think Rodri has been great this season, but that blind backwards pass has crept back into his game and it could cost us a cup final. Mahrez looked less interested in tracking back, but I don't think it's a performance he'll be putting in in the final.

We would have got a better performance if the whistle had been given to a bag of horse shite. That is unbelievably crass. The foul on our man is as clear as fucking day, and it looks as though he's gone to blow and thought better of it, or was it that our man, in the Ref's warped thinking, was the perpetrator and he played advantage? Worse than Amateurish, clearly lacks an understanding of the LotG, and little bottle to uphold those laws. Or it could be that he knew exactly what he was doing and was more than happy to do it.

The worst thing about this is he was going to give the foul against Jesus but played the advantage. Its totally ridiculous.
