it means as long as I don't have the iPlayer and watch live tv I can view whatever I want without stumping up for a channel I don't want or have any intention of watching. They already try to sell programmes to you that you have already paid for with their pathetic attempt at competing with the likes of Netflix and Amazon while I believe many of their programmes are available on youtube completely free. Unless the government intervene their will be a huge backlash against the license fee, even so, it's a dying medium fewer and fewer want as the huge number of license cancellations prove.
It's up for a big review. Didn't you hear it on the BBC news?
Apart from the obvious City series l don't see much of interest to me on Amazon, Netflix, Sky or BT etc American influenced TV is not renowned for quality - quite the opposite.

I watched the few things in Netflix then bored. Same with amazon and BT,. Sky different though. I don't subscribe to sky-utd and Murdochs poisonous phone hacking empire, never will. So I can not comment on their quality of TV. But the lfc/utd pundit fest, the lack of true coverage of anyone else except their darling clubs annoys me so much. At least the BBC have an obligation towards fair coverage.

I see McNutty was up all night desperately trying to polish a turd that was the Dipper Campaign.
May not have won trophies but a success after an astonishing last ten games !!!! Or words to that fashion.

Sky and BT are live channels, at the last count I could get around 150 channels via a firestick with more than enough to satisfy anyone. I don't watch the BBC and wouldn't believe the weather forecast in there, never mind their version of the news. Of course their will be a review and hopefully sacking and prosecutions. Anyway, we should be celebrating our league cup and title wins and hopefully the first of many CL titles so I will leave it at that.

Ha, yes, MOTD had a league table based on last 10 games with them top.
Hilarious barrel-scraping going on.

Your last sentence is the key one. For the third Saturday on the trot the ViewerWatch slot brought up unfair coverage, briefly as the Bashir stuff took up most of the slot and once again l thought of the severe imbalance on football coverage. My comment on American TV is largely based on what others say and what lve seen myself. Years ago 'Cheers' and 'Hill Street Blues' were must-waych for us. On the other hand you had 'the A Team' and 'Dukes of Hazzard' I am not complaining - they were the excuse for getting down to the pub with my mate having told our respective wives we would leave them on peace to watch 'Casualty.'

What's more they managed to get in top 4 without their injured players. How does that sit with Mr Klopps excuse for a generally poor season?

No mention of getting royally rogered, 7 - 2 by Villa with the worlds best player at centre half. They are kidding themselves if they think a 31 year old player, coming back from a season long ACL injury is either up to speed or injury free in the first 3 months. And an ageing, injury plagued captain.

Their problems are far from over.

Klopp ran them into the ground during their VAR assisted title season. Their squad needs a total rebuild.

Their average age must be close to 30. FSG wont pay for the rebuild required. Will spend just enough for top 4.

I think next season is massive for them. Perhaps Klopp can get them going again. Personally, I think it's unlikely. They are expecting that Van Dijk will turn them into world beaters again. I doubt he'll be the same player he was. His football brain wont be affected but the legs will struggle. A lot of players lose 5% after a bad ACL injury - Sane for instance isn't the player he was in his last year with us. Their front 3 is a year older, if Mane is even there, Henderson is a year creakier, Milner is a year creakier, and so on. I don't doubt they will get top 4 but they are IMHO 3 players away from being genuine title contenders.

Maybe Klopp will prove me wrong, but I think he will want to spend £100m+ to put them in the position of being genuine title contenders and he won't get it. I can see him going at some point next season.

just look at Laporte. Taken him a while to get even remotely back to himself. Plus, them pandering to VVD and pressure to play him will a) increase the risk of a relapse and b) keep the guys out of the team who actually got them on this run and convince them not to sign another top CB.
