Am I right in thinking that we can’t fill this out until we get our seat numbers? I’m on the Sport Options flight and we don’t get our seat numbers until we check in on Friday morning

Reminder - Passenger Locator Forms Please complete & print both documents prior to departure​

As a reminder, you are required to complete 2 Locator forms for your trip to Portugal for the 2021 Champions League Final. 1. Portugal Locator Card You are required to complete the Portugal Locator Card no earlier than 48 hours prior to your departure from the UK (from Thursday 27th May). The form requires you to add a seat number, however we have been advised by local authorities due to this not being a normal travel scenario, that you may complete this by picking anything between 1-38 and A-F (for example 14B). If you pick a single digit number you need at add a zero (i.e 01A). Sportsworld will be liaising directly with immigration in Portugal prior to your arrival with correct seat numbers to allow a swift entry into Portugal.​

2. UK Passenger Locator Form You are also required to complete a UK Passenger Locator Form no earlier than 48 hours prior to landing in the UK (Friday 28th May). You can complete this form by adding “unknown” against the seat number. Many thanks in advance, Sportsworld Events Teams​

Hate to tell you but they're saying 24 hours now due to demand. When I phoned yesterday the phone line still said midnight but the website now says 24 hours. I'm at Preston 2.10 Thursday, the guy I spoke to confirmed would get result no later than same time Friday. We'll see.

Went to DAM clinic in Stretford today at 11, was in and out in 10 minutes and recieved an email result at approx. 4pm

Don't know if it's been mentioned about the blindspotglobal drop off times. I got my test through today and it states drop off at 8am to 10am on the enclosed leaflet. This is a misprint. I've had confirmation from barpop they will be open to collect PCR tests from 6am to 10am both days.

Ours arrived today, not to worry? Friday will be a long day of worry waiting for an email with a negative result, fingers crossed for everyone.

Anybody else not received theirs today? I know they said today or tomorrow, but I just can’t relax this week! It’s a shame because it should be the most exciting week of our lives.

Cheers - didn’t realise you can put any random number in for the seat number. Not sure about the test results. Had a quick glance at the form the other day and didn’t see any reference to test results.

Reading through the government advice and Ive got a checklist
PCR test if you are coming and going within 72 hours you need just one
2 day test required after you arrive back in the UK
Passenger locator forms for both Portugal and UK must be filled in, UK one no earlier than 48 hours befre you are due to arrive back.
Have I missed anything?

Anyone found a decent day two test for return, already sorted going. Can't see many options and a lot seem to be linking a day 2 test with a day 8 test.

Yes it will as you'll still be within 72 hours for your return flight. Club recommended after 1.30pm on the Thu but suspect that's just in case of any flight delays as you'd be well within the times for the early morning Sunday departures.

When do we get the results if we do them at 1.30pm Thursday???
Wouldn't be able to drop off til Friday and that would mean going to the airport without proof of fit to fly, wouldn't it?

I think so mate. That advice email was from SportWorld who are running the day trips for City

I’ve just put the question up on sportoptions fb site, if I get a answer I will post. Would hope they might put some such advice in the notices when they send them out,
The club trips are only fly in and out no stay overs so this may be the reason Portugal accepted them as an exception, given over a thousand are possibly on spikes trip with hundreds of addresses all over Porto I’m guessing we won’t be treated as an exception…hope I’m wrong …none of us will have printed copies… I’m going to fill mine out but not send it then print it off, then just fill in manually the seat number. Then do the whole thing again in the airport sand then send as instructed. That way I will have something resembling a “copy”. I’ve also asked sportsworld to formally if they can confirm the validity of a PCR taken in the Uk anytime Thursday, pointing out how the embassy and city have been touting this statement referencing 72hours
