He has changed the way English football is being played, not just by us, but by EVERY team. How can we not be proud of that ???
Some of you are becoming like those entitled cünts at the toilet and dipperland, it’s sickening.
I’ve been a blue for 45+ years, seen the dark days of division 3 etc, some of you need to give yourself a slap if you think he needs replacing. He made a MASSIVE mistake, yes it’s hurting like fcuk, but I’ll take the PL and a cup next season as well.

On another day Pep doesnt experiment we play our usual game and the players know exactly their responsibilities and we play to the very high standard we have achieved all season and we win the game

I think the exact opposite. The game was an absolute disaster and it doesn’t get any better when you break it down.

You said that Chelsea defended for their lives but aside from two or three good defensive blocks, we created fuck all. I don’t think I’ve ever seen us play with such little composure under Pep.

We had players misplacing simple passes and kicking the ball out of play. We had Ederson needlessly smacking the ball up front when he had two defenders open. We had Kyle Walker taking multiple long throw ins into the box.

As a team we lacked ideas and became desperate and that’s worrying in our biggest game of the season.

Add to the fact that Tuchel has already turned us over twice in the past month playing exactly the same way, it doesn’t reflect well on Pep in the slightest.

For the record, I’m not one who thinks Pep should be sacked or anything. No one could have done what he has for us this season. That said, his record in the CL with us simply cannot be defended. Every season we have got knocked out by sides we are better than.

We conceded few goals because of our quality in possession and style of play, fuck all to do with Gundo's defensive ability. He's slow, weak and it's not his natural inclination to track runners. Similarly, Otamendi was brain dead every season he was with us but our play style and his quality bringing the ball forward masked his deficiencies.

Great player and he was great during that run but he still got bullied numerous times on the break. Almost cost us the title, in fact.
 
Stayed off the forum last night as couldn't face it. On reflection as a long time City fan through thick and thin from the 3rd tier of English football to the final of the Champions League we have come a long way. We will win this sometime who knows when but when we do I want to be there in the crowd. Was always going to be a tough game and although most of us think Pep may have got the selections wrongs hopefully he learns from this. I thought this would be a year of transition however its ended up being a pretty good season. It's very rare for a team in their 1st Champions league final to win it so hopefully makes the players more hungry for next year and they have the experience under their belt

No one is defending but many are using it as a cop out saying it’s purely the reason we lost. We didn’t turn up but we had our moments and didn’t take them

Which moments? I was half pissed but all I remember is one shot from Mahrez that sailed over the bar in injury time
