How many years has Aymeric got left on his contract? There’s no way that we should entertain any offers under £70m. Covid or not, look at what the rags paid for that fridge.

If no one pays the asking price then he has to stay and fight for his place. We need four top centre backs. Laporte will have his chance to force his way back into the side

Exactly - he has at least three years left, he's not in the driving seat.

I feel sorry for Jesus. He's incredibly committed to making it work with us and put it all out there when he came on at the weekend.

I would much rather have Gabby around the club and playing wide left than Sterling if that was ever the choice to be had.

We need Gabby more than ever next season because our new striker can't play every game and I see enough from Jesus to know he will still score goals.
Agree completely, but he's Brazils number 9 he could walk into most teams around Europe as first choice and think he deserves that. Would be sorry to see him go though.

Don’t want Laporte to leave but I can just see him in that Madrid shirt. It’s a move that makes sense as long as the club think we’re covered. They need to find the money though because no-one in that squad really improves us.

Jesus coming on at the weekend was when we actually started playing some football, I would hate to see home go as well. When we get another striker in this summer, and judging on the previous seasons performances, I would put him ahead of Sterling and on par with Torres.

Gabby came on a fought like a fucker for the entire time, compared to Sterling feeling a touch on his back and jumping on all fours on more than one occasion. Gabby's mentality alone is too valuable to let go.

Rice isnt good enough for this city team i would rather we kept rodri.

He is more than good enough mate. He's better than Rodri in quite a few areas.

He's quicker (and he's not even quick) reads the game better, senses danger, he also tackles. He could probably play centre back in his sleep too.

He doesn't have Rodri's eye for a lofted pass, but people need to start asking different questions of a player we bought to be Fern's long term successor?

When do we see Rodri making an actual tackle, I don't mean when he's caught on the ball and has to then battle it back with his sheer size?

I mean an actual intervention when we lose the ball in transitions, like Fern has done for so long?

Nothing against the guy, a good enough squad player, perhaps, but lacks both the legs and intensity of Fernandinho, which we should have been getting for £60m.

He's actually a bit soft if I'm expressing my own observations, but know he has his fans.

I think we need to be very careful of who we sell especially at CB.

Whilst Laporte maybe unhappy about his playing time, he is contracted until 2025 so there's no way we should sell for anything less than £70m-£80m. Stones was on the outer 13 months ago, Laporte could easily force his way back in and the key to our success this year has been the options at the back, keeping us solid. We don't want to be in a situation where we sell a CB and don't replace as it's inevitable one of our CBs would get injured ala the 19/20 season and we're shuffling players around to fit a hole at the back. If Laporte was to leave we would need to replace him, and good CBs are difficult to find.

Sterling or Jesus look a bit more likely to leave, especially if we want Kane and Grealish. Sterling has 2 years left on his deal and whilst I like Sterling, it may be a good time to sell if we can't agree a new deal with him. We don't want another Sane situation in 12 months time. Jesus is a player I can see being used as a makeweight in the Kane deal. I think he'd be quite happy to be Tottenham's main man, the lack of CL football not being as much as an issue to him I reckon. Sterling will want a CL club I think, so that would limit options.

Personally dont want any player to be used. Personally I like Jesus a differently dont want him used.
Would like to see Jesus used more as a winger and Torres used as centre forward.
Sadly I think Sterling might need to move, I have nothing against Sterling I like him and wish he could find his form again. He doesn't hide and keeps trying but sometimes you just need another club to get going again.
Hope I am wrong and Sterling comes back firing on all cylinders next season for City
