The rules allowed many thousands of us to travel to Porto during a pandemic. The tests were hassle but they were designed to protect us and the local population. If the planes carried infected people then the rules around isolation should be followed.Not surprising given the nonsensical situation where you can take as many ‘gold standard’ PCR tests which come back negative yet still be expected to isolate.
People will make their own mind up about ridiculous rules.

New report showing loss of antibodies particularly in elderly/vulnerable from 2 doses of Pfizer vaccine against Delta variant after 3 months of second dose. Still offers good protection but boosters more likely needed than not for this variant now.
(Report doesn't take into account T cells etc, and hopefully still extremely good efficacy against severe disease etc)

I think the research is helpful in reminding some people not to get too preoccupied in the brand of vaccine and the vaccination programme is working well.
