I cancelled the direct debit after the club said fans won’t be allowed in and had the remaining money refunded to me. I cancelled it because I didn’t know when I’d be back on full money. They emailed me today saying it’s being auto renewed so defo not been cancelled. Like I said though the dd has been cancelled

I had the same issue so I just put the 6 numbers in with no spaces and clicked on where it says look up (next to the box you have written them in) and that seemed to work

Did you tell the club you’d cancelled the DD? They’d have no way of knowing until they tried to take money.
 
Got reply back before I pressed next showed price with discount so thought that is what I would pay recieved confirmation shows discount in top box but is charging me full price without the discount. Is that right?Am paying by direct debit. Not very good website

Doddy, as Uwe's Grandad says there is a drop down just by where it says look up, that gives you your branch address. It's a bit like when you put in your post code and it says which house. I suppose it's to make sure the right branch is contacted for your money!!

Tried doing it online today wouldn’t let me complete the transaction for some reason. So rang the club and kept yo yo’ing up and down in a queue for half an hour and sacked it off

Thanks have sorted that got another problem now with cost shows discount on email but still charging me full price. Thanks
 
Due to various reasons, we have decided to defer our 3 seats. We have to move seats anyway as in the family stand and youngest has just turned 17, so will see what we can get next year.

I’m in the Family Stand as well - 5 of us - youngest is now 18 but received the e-mails this afternoon saying that our seats have automatically been renewed (on DD) - no mention of having to move - so you maybe ok to stay

unless the instruction to move comes later after the renewal window has closed?

Same here. My son and husband share a ticket. Same surname but 36 year age difference. Neither can go to every match
