TV Series

Just finished the kominsky method on Netflix.
One of those heart warming series that started off as a 6/10 and finished at series 3 as a 9.5 - gutted when it ended
Really enjoyed series 1 and 2, watched episode 1 of series 3 and gave up. So it’s worth carrying on?

Fargo getting pushed back to midnight last night.
Bit of a fall from grace for this show, sadly.
It’s not been awful by any stretch (production values very high) it’s just a little disjointed and a few cast misfires.

+1 for Time, loved it.

It's a perfect example of why I prefer a lot of British drama to stuff over here in the US. They would have tried to flesh that concept out for 24 episodes over here. Back home it's 3 hours of superb, powerful telly and done.

I know what you mean but you soon forget that. It's not as severe as Tom Cruise playing Reacher. Welliver is a great actor, supported throughout by a superb cast
Haha don’t get me started on Jack Reacher. The Bosch series is a very good adaptation of the novels, but Ive always imagined him looking more like Dennis Franz (from Hill Street Blues/NYPD Blue)

The one thing that puts me off is that he just doesn’t look like how Bosch is described in the books or how I see him in my mind
Totally. Took me probably the whole first season to get used to Titus Welliver but doesn't bother me now and is a very good show once you get past that.
