Etihad Campus, Stadium and Collar Site Development Thread

No idea bud, can't see any particular reason why one would be listed and the other not, but then they can be weird about these things.
The one next to the Oval cricket ground is Grade II listed, presumably as part of our industrial heritage. Having searched I don't think that one north of the stadium is listed.

Cannot do pics on here but the ones near King's Cross on canal to Camden are amazing
Yes, they're lovely (and should be at prices from £725,000 per apartment :) ) The first pic I posted previously is the little park they've made (or will make?) from one of the three holders.

These will be the apartments themselves:-

is it not time to do the north stand, Liverpool and now Leeds are having an upgrade to there grounds and both grounds will have a bigger attendance then us

We need to start filling the regular empty seats first before we extend the North Stand. If we can't fill the Family Stand perhaps it is time to move it to the Colin Bell Stand lower tier. That way empty seats won't be on show at every home game.

The familly stand tickets are sold though,if its not full it’s probably down to kick off times and those seats will be empty wherever they are. for those games. Don’t think it makes any difference to if and when they extend.
What will is the demand for attendances over 55,000 for enough games a season in the clubs view. My guess would be in the next 3 -5 years we’ll see it.After the arena is finished.

They aren’t sold as that’s the biggest spot of empty seats. Don’t know if it’s still the case but schools and many of the freebies would get their tickets in that section. It’s why you usually see a full young football team together there. Also why you see big empty areas if some decide not to go. As someone else said the area should be moved to a part of the ground not as prominent on tv. We also don’t need a full stand as a “family stand”

Most are sold and held by s/c holders, only a handful are ever a ailable on the planner to match day sales for league games. Personally don’t care about whats on the tv . Though think the club know they don’t need a full stand and are fairly flexible with it these days.

Won't United still win the Biggest Stadium trophy though? Do we gain entry to the 'UEFA Biggest Stadium' knockout competition for finishing in the top 4?

Edit: I came across this just before looking at this thread today by pure chance.
