As I said I’m not digging at grealish he is the norm where as Kane is the exception. Look at Rooney literally pissed his latter years up the wall with his awful lifestyle

Agree in general, on the athletic. I just find a claim that we won't pay over the odds and arent desperate to meet Levy's 'demands' somewhat pro-City, thats all

I really can't see an outcome that ends in anyone paying more than £100m for Kane never mind £150m. No one is going to nearly double the British transfer record for a 28 year old. If Levy insists on that sort of fee they'll be stuck with Kane.
I say stuck because they'll still be below the level they want to be at by some margin. They'll have a depreciating asset who doesn't want to be there and they still won't have the significant funds, they clearly need for player investment.
Just puzzles me why everyone thinks Levy holds all the aces in this negotiation. One more statement of discontent from Kane and I reckon he's gone and for a reasonablish fee

Genuinely not arsed if we get him or not. Rather we try and sort something for Jao Felix, someone cheap but good like nunez, or just stick with gabby and torres for a year and wait on what should be our number one target...Haaland.
