It’s nowhere to be seen on the Mails website anymore and no other media outlet that I’m aware of has run with it. I really don’t think this has taken off in quite the way that Harris and the MoS thought it would.
Although based in Switzerland it’s not the reason that CAS is used by UEFA. Both UEFA AND FIFA and most other sporting bodies make it part of their constitution that disputes, unable to be resolved during their internal process, are ultimately referred to CAS, and their decision is respected by both parties and not taken to the civil courts, not withstanding the possibility of the condition in CAS statute Cleary the PL don’t have any reference to CAS in their discipline procedure Section Z of PL HandbookUEFA are based in Switzerland. CAS is a Swiss court of arbitration.
Well Harris got plenty of attention and probably had a good giggle about winding City fans up. And he probably made enough money to pay his car tax and stop the energy company cutting off his supply. It’s nowhere to be seen on the Mails website anymore and no other media outlet that I’m aware of has run with it. We should be sure to provide them with plenty of straws to grasp at, then sour grapes for dessert washed down with copious amounts of bitter lemon.Ferguson would never let these media people close to the stadium.
we invite them, give them VIP treatment, and they happily put our name into the mud. I am sure they cannot wait until they can feed and drink free of charge in Etihad again.
all I would serve for them is a dry slice of bread that has mold on it and rotten fish. eat that and then write your article.
But no one else has run with it, as you said, which tells you how shite an article it was.

These judgements all came out last week. It is the detail of the hearings in March. It is very technical. @BillyShears and I take on the current situation here...NEW. On all podcast platforms for free...
And I feel it's my duty to counteract his smears with the truth. Because that gives other City fans the ammunition they need to take on the morons.
Just a side note that banning journos like this just serves the "they tried to silence me" narrative they are desperate to sell and feeds their persecuted speaking truth to power trip they've been setting up with the Abu Dhabi weaponised fan fiction they write.
The article already talked about "gags" preventing them reporting. Heroic journalism getting a place to report from court. Twitter full of back slaps for brave investigatory journalism and Rui Pinto about to be canonised. Not since Wayne Rooney shinned an over head kick has so much praise be reserved for something of so little actual merit simply because of who the goal was scored against.
The club engaging publicly with this discourse gives credence to the absurdity and i fail to see how this is anything but an exercise in provocation baiting the club into a response that will be mocked and ridiculed.
As fans we may be a little frustrated by our lack of action yearning for the days of Mancini bloodying noses and kicking ass but don't be fooled. Our club is responding to shrieks of financial doping and cheating by attempting to sign two of Englands key players for huge amounts of money.
This is not the actions of a shy bullied club but one confident in its position and determined to steer its own course. It is a big middle finger to the haters who can't even grasp their own logic. Succesful clubs can spend more money because they have more money due to their success. Hang on how come City have so much money? Um maybe because we've been the most successful english team of the last decade? Maybe because when others were buying Stuart Downing, Charlie Adam, Phil Jones, Ashley Young, Gervinho and Scott Parker we signed Sergio Aguero
Nick Harris wouldn't come near the Etihad. Not because he's frightened to but because he doesn't do match reports. So threatening to ban him is a complete waste of time and would simply give him the attention he so desperately seeks.Perfectly put and this is exactly why City won’t be responding. They’re asking for attention. All I’m going to say is I hope our fans aren’t as welcoming to the Etihad next season. I’m ok with Khaldoon ignoring them, but calling us cretins on Twitter is asking for trouble.

yes. excellent.
Evans called it wrong all the way through the CAS case. In fact he was fed false information which was leaked purely to smear City. He and his publisher were made to look like idiots. The Times totally changed their tack and started reporting the case in a much more balanced and fair way shortly after they realised they had been duped. Evans is now in the wilderness in career terms but he still seems incapable of producing unbiased content. His source was his personal friend Rick Parry
He was saying that City breaking FFP had nothing to do with the players, which is true, whilst all the time implying that City must be guilty. What did he say where ?
I’m hoping if we are ever sold that the Sheik just goes ‘fuck it, it’s time’ and sends a team of his best over to have a quiet last word with the fuckers.Perfectly put and this is exactly why City won’t be responding. Ah well. Here we go again that sickly feeling and a sleepless night.
