Seasoncard - 2021/22

So the options are:
  1. Digital season ticket loaded onto an NFC enabled phone
  2. Digital season ticket loaded onto a friend’s NFC enabled phone
  3. Print at home
  4. Pick up ticket from ticket office within 7 days of each match
  5. Disabled fans who with further queries to contact the ticket office

“Yes. By forwarding your email containing the link to your mobile ticket, another person will be able to open the link and download it on their smart phone device.”

Seems there will be a Ticket Transfer

”Supporters will have the opportunity to forward their mobile ticket to someone else. Once forwarded, the ticket will no longer remain active in your smart phone wallet and cannot be recalled. More information on how to forward tickets will follow in due course.”

Of course there are TWO types of adult Cityzens membership and it needs clarifying I guess looking at this FAQ from the site ...

"Match tickets are only available for those signed up to Cityzens Matchday and Cityzens Junior Membership."

Can anyone clarify if the standard Cityzen membership can be added to a seasnoncard F&F? Only a £10 difference of course in membership.

After reading that it sounds OK to me. If you can't print or use your mobile you can also request a printed ticket which you collect from the ticket office. You don't need wifi to access your mobile ticket & they will have charging points in case your phone runs out of power.

Not sure what the workaround would be if you lost or damaged your phone on the way to the game. I would imagine you could probably go to the ticket office and get a printed one.

My account manager created an account for my friend who came to Everton with me as they had to have details of who was attending. Didn't add the membership and he still shoes in friends and family

Yes I just looked and if you go into your ticket account and then manage relationships you can create an account for anyone under 13, but those 13 and over have to do their own. Then it's just a case of adding them to your F&F list I assume.
 
Whilst I hate the idea of using my phone the bigger issue for me is the lies by city at renewal, waited 4 hours in total on the phone for a 5 minute call to be told by the lad yeah no probs put you down for two cards. Caring for fans has long since died but at least they used to pretend they did.
