Seasoncard - 2021/22

Am sure this has been asked many times, but been really busy recently so a bit out of the loop. What's the score with the mobile tickets? Are they compulsory, or do you have the option of keeping the "old" seasoncard? Think my Mum would struggle hugely with mobile tickets!

The official blurb just says "Alternative ticket methods will be available for supporters should these be required." without specifying whether those include plastic cards or print at home etc.

According to my account manager yesterday the options are Digital or Print at home

We've asked them to delay the deadline until they've sorted this mess out.

That’s exactly what needs to happen, want to defer as financially I have had a terrible year but I can’t get through on the phone.
Why the hell can’t they just put that option online in the renewal tabs

incredibly a few people on here think the club have handled it well !

No doubt the same gang who think the earth is flat and Covid is a cold. Anyone who thinks the club have done well here is clearly taking something or perhaps looking at the 19/20 season ticket thread by mistake. It difficult to find words that can accurately describe this shambles without the need to add swear word adjectives.

It really does beggar belief how much of a shambles our club is when it comes to matters like this.

There‘s so many things I need to check with the ticket office but just popping in this thread makes me realise it’s fucking pointless me attempting to pick the phone up to them.

As I’ve mentioned previously though, there is a big gap from tomorrow to the 23rd when relocations start so that time needs to be utilised to sort this shit out.
