Silence primarily because who is paying the money ? My bet is Bernardo will go and possibly Jesus but that’s it. Laporte isn’t going anywhere because who is paying 70/80 million for him ?

Laporte will have a chance to cement his spot anyway at the start of the season as stones will be late back? I assume it will be a Dias and Laporte partnership to start the season so it’s then up to him to keep his spot.

If Jesus goes, reckon we’d get another back up striker in?

Would be risky with Kanes injury record.

Yeah makes sense. Can't really see a deal unless as it's an initial loan + obligation/option as you stated earlier as well. My guess is once Atletico sell Saul a move could be possible for Bernardo.

Fair enough if you disagree and have complete unwavering faith in every single player Pep picks to sign. I respect your right to have that view, i'll simply remind you Pep singled out Bravo as his go to keeper to replace Hart.

The notion that you're not allowed to disagree with him as if he's never made a bad decision is just ridiculous. The guy is a genius but isn't beyond disagreement.
Don't think it's unreasonable to disagree with signings it's part of what being a fan is about, it's only a discussion board.
Having said that from my memory Bravo was not the choice to replace Hart, we tried very hard to sign Ter Stegen and Bravo was very much a fall back option.
It's very difficult to argue now that letting Hart go was not the right thing to do even if Bravo particularly in the first season was not a success.
We had to develop our play from the back and Hart was not the keeper for that.

Bernardo is twice the player of Grealish
he would properly do a better job in the next 5 seasons given the chance in the city team
is see trouble with Grealish he is a nightlife eagle loves the limelight and put him in this city team it will double
Bernado twice the player ha ha ha amazing . You obv not watched Bernardo the last 2 seasons.

I'd have thought if Laporte wanted out then City would be accommodating in how the money is paid in instalments. It's my understanding that we could still put the full amount on the books for this season to balance them out if needed?

if it was for a player already done it won titles/cups played champions league football then yes
BUT Grealish is not the finish article and will need time and dare i say pressure of the price tag

its a gamble and not what manchester city normally do in paying over the odds for a untested player
£100 million is a heavy stone to carry on a young man shoulders
so you dont want to buy players off the top half of the prem or anyone who has tried to stick the boot in, where are we shopping for our players scotland ?

as for not being tried and tested or won a title , do you really want me to go through all the players that have won titles at city but didn't before

vinny
sergio
ect ect ect ect ect ect ect ect ect ect
