Of course there's a dilemma but this is probably something he's thought about for years. He's never said he wants to play for Villa for the rest of his career. By all accounts, he's been telling people he's moving to City for months.

Absolutely. He wants to play with the best, he loves the big occasions and enjoys the spotlight. The City move will give him all that. I think his mind has been made up for a while, he's probably been giddy at the idea of joining City for the best part of a year.

I scrolled through his comments should have screenshot it because wont be able to find it now but it was almost a year ago when Grealish signed extension he basically was saying how he's been made out to love Villa and be really loyal but he's not, he wanted the Tottenham and United moves and threw tantrums only coming back training after being made captain and the ITK claimed he could see him leaving if given the chance.
