It's like not admitting you're guilty and the PL not being able to prove you're guilty of something means you must be guilty. Maybe they could bring back the Ducking Stool, if Khaldoon drowns we're innocent but, if he bobs straight back up we're guilty as charged.
 
19 Premeir league clubs and their jealous , envious fans clutching at straws , and being taken for mugs by the likes of Harris who are merely taking the populist route to sell papers and attract the clicks to gain more adverstising revenue. The likes of Harris are not interested in transparency and the truth just their own existence , journalism in this country has to be at an all time low and it will only sink deeper when pricks like Harris are given a platform.

Taken for mugs sums it up perfectly. You’d think these opposition fans would’ve learned after the last time not to believe what they read in the papers, yet here they are again swallowing whatever shite that Harris and his WhatsApp mates are peddling. For any lurking opposition fans - why do you do this to yourselves? And for any lurking United fans - you’d be better off worrying about your own tax affairs.
 
My heart sinks when I see this thread near the most recently read (he says making a new point!). I wonder what trumped up charge I will read about. What hypocrisy will I see as Liverpool and Utd and their lackeys lead this witch-hunt. Thank goodness we have City fans who stand up to these media shrills. If this was one of the “Heritage” clubs this nonsense would have stopped long ago. I don’t know why the club doesn’t make a bigger stance but then again I suppose why give the individuals in question the publicity they want.

The rest of the PL clubs (who are shareholders tbf) are pushing the PL to investigate/punish City.

City are prepared to fight an attritional litigation case to wear down the PL’s legal funding and potentially time bar some of the accusations from being charged.

Not least because the emails published in the Mail (the so-called new evidence) are discussions relating to our accounts in 2010/11....three years before the PL had even implemented their version of the FFP regulations. The phrase "red herring" doesn't do it justice.
I think today's articles in the Mail actually read like a contrived retraction of last week's absurd stories. Certainly no other news media has given any credence to these re-heated 10-year-old documents from Nick Harris. The PL can only be looking for a way to drop this embarrassing and ill-conceived "investigation."

It's not about PL FFPR, it's about the PL being UEFA'S licencing agent and did we falsify our accounts (submitted to the PL) to gain access to a UEFA competition
Obviously CAS deliberated and came to the conclusion there was no evidence we did, so in theory that should be the end of the PL investigation, but for reasons unknown, it isn't
 
anything from a hacker like stolen emails are useless in a court of law ? because if it can be stolen it also can be planted and changed. this is why manchester city have 100% power because we can prove it to be fake

also the time bar is key to why uefa lost the case. they forget the rules and city people had them over a barrel
plus the biggest thing of all was we did nothing wrong and we proved it. i think the reason why we had a fine of £10million was because we failed to work with uefa and the paperwork was being held by the club
