Yet my Spurs season ticket holding mate is gutted he’s going and raves about him. Thinks we are buying an absolute corker and dreads to think what amount of goals he’ll score with KDB supplying him. Opinions are funny eh.
 
I remember some club being vocal in the papers about taking Anelka on loan, like they were doing us a favour.

Got to the point where Keegan when asked in an interview, said there was no loan fee or guarantee to buy proposed, and the other club thought it was a great deal for City.

can't remember who the other club were.

How can a club try and sign a player from another club?

It's unheard of and want to hear what tweedle dee and tweedle dumb, the two cocks on the transfer show, have to say about it!

€120/130m or £100/£110m….
We have offered £100m for Kane, he wants out as is now publicly clear. We have hinted we’d go to £120m, you want (laughs…) £150-160m which you’ll never get for a player of 28 who wants out and has refused to show up to train. So, looks like we’ll pay £100m up front with say £20-30m in added bonus’.
