Emily from Supporter Services is sorting it out. She has to scan the 40,000 seasoncards they've got but won't send out, enter them into a spreadsheet then load them on the system.

She would have finished by now except people keep ringing and she's the only one there so has to deal with all the calls.

You made me *lol* at that but then I thought mmmm he could be right poor Emily could be doing them alone or maybe with just one or two others! So I abruptly stopped laughing and went oh no poor girl. :-) :-(
 
Just got an email saying there are a limited number of seasoncards released for Citizen match day members to celebrate the Grealish signing, in case anyone who wanted one missed out a few weeks ago

Yes the final sentence gives it away.
A lot of folks taking up these deferred seats may not be fully aware of the reason for them being available & may assume they’re now their seats as long as they renew season on season, the final sentence being just a disclaimer (small print).
oh well, better to fill them in an attempt at the fullest stadium possible as opposed to being empty.
