If going off the email today should be the day however, yesterday I noticed Supporter Services tweeting "within the next 7 days" so who knowsAnyone know when season tickets can be downloaded into the Google pay wallet?

I tried that in Google translate, and it came up with a question mark.Nobody has managed to crack it yet as far as I know. It’s one of the most secure forms of payment around.
It doesn’t actually store or use the card details you input in the device. Your card issuer creates a device-specific Device Account Number, encrypts it and sends it along with other data, such as the key used to generate dynamic security codes that are unique to each transaction.
Basically it doesn't use the details of the card you use to sign up with. When you register the card it creates device specific account number and then encrypts that. Every time you make a transaction it uses this encrypted data along with a security code that changes with every transaction.I tried that in Google translate, and it came up with a question mark.
Can you help?

People have a miss conception its not safe when it is in fact one of the most secure payment methods around
Thanks for that more simplified explanation. I still can't get my head round the terminology in my "Windows 10 for seniors" book bought for me by my daughter, but I'm getting there!Basically it doesn't use the details of the card you use to sign up with. No problem, I get its daunting for a lot and the clubs should have catered better for people who either don't have the tech or a reluctant to use it.Thanks for that more simplified explanation. As I've said before, the string broke on my last computer, and the beads fell on the floor, so I've a long way to go to become computer literate.

I find it pretty hilarious that a lot of people are wary of using one of the most securely encrypted systems ever created, yet are happy carrying cashI find it pretty hilarious that a lot of people are wary of using one of the most securely encrypted systems ever created, yet are happy carrying cash around.

It's just people being forced out of their comfort zones. Happens to us all from time to time. I didn't have Google Pay until this forced me to do so. Now I've got debit card, credit card, loyalty card on it and happily using it. (Everything except the SC ironically enough). In fact, now I wouldn't be without it. Strange the way things work out - if I didn't have a SC I wouldnt have this handy payment method.
PB my phone is exactly the same. Just slip the card out and show it to the ‘reader’ thingymabob and Bob’s your uncle all done no hassle. :-)
Go easy on him @johnnymarrsbarres.
It’s ok I’ll be his defender! He’s doing a sterling job (no pun intended) with the City Matters folk so if he needs a defender I’m right here! ;-) :-)Go easy on him @johnnymarrsbarres.
I think the word you're looking for is mañana. So that's a rolling 7 days then.
I feel very secure when people pay me in cash.Basically it doesn't use the details of the card you use to sign up with. When you register the card it creates device specific account number and then encrypts that. Every time you make a transaction it uses this encrypted data along with a security code that changes with every transaction.

I used to have loyalty cards etc on my Iphone then after an update they all disappeared.
If this happens to stuff in your wallet can it be put back?
